Our property is located 12 km north of the city, at the fringe of Bor sang village, the local handicraft centre producing natural papers, umbrellas and woodcarving. It is rural and there is no hint of the city that is only a 20 minute drive away. Access is easy and very cheap (by local Minibus 25 cents) though it would be advised to rent a motorbike or a car to make use of the full potential of the area.

We have called our "resort", if we may call it that, SECRET GARDEN, inspired by the book by Frances Hodgson Burnett and that is exactly what it has become : an enclosed, park like garden with lake, tropical vegetation and small, almost hidden bungalows that allow a retreat yet keeping in close contact with your hosts and fellow guests. It gives you the possibility to spend a few days relaxing and focusing on yourself.

One of our personal hobbies is eating and cooking and the Thai approach to both is in no way inferior to the European and we have built a large kitchen in to the middle of the garden where we offer you to learn to cook Thai during your stay, something that you can take home with you.

   A C C O M M O D A T I O N S   

Our bungalows and house have their own veranda or balcony facing a wonderful tropical garden surrounding a lake. All the bungalows have kitchenette or kitchen, tiled bathrooms and all modern amenities.

There is a refrigerator, a microwave oven; a sink and a DVD player in each bungalow. Most of the bungalows are valid for twin occupancy( king size bed). The raintree bungalow has a living room and two small bedrooms, with a shared bathroom. House sukhothai has a bedroom on the ground floor and another one on the first floor, which is connected to the living room. The kitchen is on the ground floor. The bathroom on the ground floor is connected to the upper bedroom by a staircase. Prices are in euros and are valid for twin occupancy. Additional person : 8.- Euros prices include breakfast and afternoon tea/coffee and cake.

Free internet( ADSL, W-LAN), Skye, Pool, Pool table, Steam sauna, Cable TV in our open air restaurant, bar, Movie-DVDs and Music-CDs. In case you don't bring your own mobile, we have one for you. Free transportation from and to airport, bus station and train station we will arrange it for you ( bike : approx. Euro 4.-, Car euro 20.-) Mini busses to Chiangmai ( 12 km to the centre) stop 800 metres from our resort on the main road.
