Welcome to Samui Garden Resort, Big Buddha Beach, Koh Samui - Thailand

 
 
Samui Garden Resort is located in a quiet area of Big Buddha Beach just 300 meters from the beach. Restaurants with international & Thai cuisine, motorbike & car rental, supermarkets and the post office are just a few minutes walk away. Currently Samui Garden Resort offers two fully furnished houses for weekly or monthly rental.

The houses will be cleaned and the bed sheets changed 2 times a week. Daily cleaning can be arranged with Mrs. Noi for a reasonable price as well as laundry service. Every house has its own electric meter and we will charge 5 Baht/kwh. A deposit of 15,000 Baht for house 1 and 20,000 Baht for house 2 is required and will be refunded on check-out - alternatively the passport can be deposited instead. 		 
     
 

 
 
 
  Samui Garden Resort liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend von Big Buddha Beach nur 300m vom Strand entfernt. Restaurants mit Internationaler und Thai Kueche, Motorrad & Auto Verleih, Supermaerkte und die Post sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Im Moment bietet Samui Garden Resort zwei voll ausgestattete Haeuser, die wochenweise oder monatlich gemietet werden koennen.

  Die Haeuser werden zweimal woechentlich gereinigt und die Bettwaesche gewechselt. Taegliche Reinigung kann nach Absprache mit Frau Noi vereinbart werden die auch einen Waescheservice zu geringem Preis zur Verfuegung stellt. Jedes Haus hat seinen eigenen Stromzaehler und wir berechnen 5 Baht pro Einheit. Es muss eine Kaution von 15,000 Baht für Haus 1 und 20,000 Baht fuer Haus 2 hinterlegt werden die bei Auszug zurueckerstattet wird - alternativ kann auch der Reisepass hinterlegt werden.
