The ' Hardeep' shipwreck (An Anglicization of Suthathip, or S.S. Suddhadib)The Hardeep boat was sunk by Allied bombers in the latter part of World War 2. It was an Indonesian cargo-ship which had been commandeered by the Japanese army to run supplies to Thailand where they were building the railway linking the country to Burma.
Petchaburi Bremen is one of the best wreck dives in Pattaya city. The Bremen sank in the 1930’s after a fire.The site has generated excellent coral and has a maximum depth of around 25 metres.The Petchburi Bremen, is a 110-metre, freighter severely damaged by a fire and an explosion in her engine room in the mid-1930s
The HTMS Khram, formerly the USS LSM 469, HTMS Khram is a decommissioned warship sunk by the Thai navy in 2003 to create an artificial breeding ground for marine life. She lies in 30 metres of water a few hundred metres off the eastern coast of Koh Phai (the most northerly of Pattaya's outer islands). . Large penetration holes flooded with natural light have been cut out of the structure, the bridge, radio room and engine room are all accessible.
